The principals of ICD Corporation have over 60 years of central bank and commercial bank experience. This enables ICD Corporation to provide technical assistance to commercial banks in the areas of strategy, operations, product development and management, technology, procurement and project management. This covers all aspects of technology including requirements definition, business process management, development of functional and technical specifications, strategic ICT planning, operations, procurement and project management. This experience was developed through our work on behalf of financial institutions and leading companies like IBM, Oracle, Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP) and The Tower Group (a US based Banking Technology Consulting Firm).
